Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Credit card payments via PAYPAL only!

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We maintain a £10 + VAT shipping policy on most orders. On occasion deliverys may be waivered, depending on the status of you account. Larger orders costs may vary.

Our shipping fee's reflect the true cost of delivery and we will not hide the costs within the price of your product !

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . We dleiver quicker if posible. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Bounce IT ltd guarantees to you that Product (excl. 3rd Party Products) will be free from defects for 12 months from delivery and spare parts for 90 days from installation. Should Product be defective within this period, Bounce IT ltd will repair or replace Product within a reasonable time. You must allow Bounce IT ltd to examine Product at your or Bounce IT ltd's premises (at our choosing). Bounce IT ltd owns any replaced Product or parts. All reasonable care and endeavour shall be used to resolve problems within a realistic period in the circumstances. Bounce IT ltd manufactures and repairs using components, which are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards and practice.
Bounce IT ltd does not give a warranty or guarantee protection for:
a. damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or yourself;
b. damage caused by any party or other external force;
c. fitness for any particular purpose;
d. 3rd Party Products, Software and IM specified by you. You will receive the warranty for these products directly from their manufacturer or licensor;
e. any instruction given by you and correctly performed by Bounce IT ltd.

Returns Policy We Hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Bounce IT Ltd.
If not, you may return goods in the following circumstances.

Goods Faulty on Arrival:

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business customers, this is 3 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. This timeframe may vary with individual products.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 2 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:

If your goods develop a fault but it’s more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly.

Used Stock

Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused. Also, used stock is also excluded from the Distance Selling Directive.

If you have changed your mind:

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at Bounce IT Ltd, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. You will be resposable for delivery costs. Some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
